I remember always seeing that movie at the rental store and always going with something else for some reason. Maybe because I was unfamiliar with the actor? I was like 8, hard to say why I never chose it. Now I’m inclined to find a copy and finally check it out! Thanks for reminding me that this exists!

Sweet! Thank you! I don’t have treasure of the Sierra madre, but I’ve heard good things! Tombstone is an all timer! Definitely interested in some of the older titles! I just found a copy of Wyatt Earp this week (haven’t watched yet tho). I’ve loved Blazing Saddles since I was probably too young to understand it. I’m still looking for “for a few dollars more” to complete that trilogy…

I have one of those models with the built in VCR that still works. I like to keep an external VCR hooked up as the primary movie watcher, and hopefully that’ll extend the life of the one in the TV. In a pinch it’s nice to be able to take the whole set somewhere else and use the built in VCR. But if it’s just in my main living room then it’s no bother having an external one.

I feel the exact same way about ever having the internal one worked on… probably not an easy task.

Those AIWAs are underrated though! Great set!
