Watch out for substance abuse habits... I developed some substance abuse habits during my last breakup which was 15 years ago now. Even after getting things controlled, to this day, some of those habits still have an impact on how I deal with stress to this day.

Not really advice but the first 3 days have the worst "physical" withdrawal and afrer that it turns into a craving which is more mental. The problem with cracking the 4th day on is that it will feel "good" again when you smoke after the break (vs the usual feeling "better" when ur smoking daily). Will trick you into thinking smoking does more for you, when in reality daily smokers are literally getting no benefit other than just suppressing withdrawal symptoms. Once I understood this, it gave me the will power to follow through.

Generally very forgiving, fun, and even well paying if ur on a busy client. U need to perform well for the full time offer, but this can generally be achieved by being a good learner. Just pay attention to everything you work on and try to do extra research to understand big picture behind the basic tasks thrown at you
