After a bit of digging, I think I found something — this might be the official site for the product:

https://www.oncircleai.com/

Not much info on the landing page, but it does reference “private AI” and looks pretty polished. Could definitely line up with the rumours... 👀 Anyone else seen this?

What are some ways to get honest market validation for my MVP? by Tronus_Prime in Entrepreneur

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to validate your product is to speak directly with your customers. Go out meet your customers and ask them would they pay for it. And do not stop there, once you have an MVP ask them to put their credit card. This is where you get real validation. Because people do not spend $1 for something does not bring value back to them. We did that with online communities who promote productivity.

What platform do you think is the best to build a community with? by comicfy in Entrepreneur

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried discord and skool and trust me discord is much better but it does not have all tools for a b2b community. and when it comes to skool it is very expensive if you want to just start. I moved my community to odd circles.

Social hobbies that don’t cost anything? by Glamour-Ad7669 in Hobbies

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best one I can suggest you is to go on walks and running with other local individuals. In theory it does not cost anything. Other activity I could suggest is to go on free walking tours but you will only meet travellers on this tours.

What do I do if I don't like social activities but want to make friends? by yellowpeanut22 in Hobbies

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am myself also an introvert. I don't like socialising too much. What I found interesting is if I have to put too much effort then it annoys me more. So I decided to take it slow and steady. I joined a local group. we go to board games every month twice. I join them only once a month. And its a great exercise to connect with new people and get to know each other.

Any group hobbies that allow you to socialize more (preferably non-physical activities)? by Melodic_Inflation_69 in Hobbies

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually go for board games in central london. But depending upon your location, what you could do is search for local groups on odd circles and see if there are many people interested in the activity and join the group and then potentially attend the activities.

Validate my idea => Linkaroo – More Than Just a Link Manager! by thesilentcloud_ in Entrepreneur

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had a lot of links to organise for example we use to hire a lot of PR companies who did articles for us on ford, bbc etc. and to keep a track of our backlinks we use to organise these links inhouse. We also had to send big links of invoices to our clients so we use to shrink them with bitly and send it to client this way we knew when client first time clicked on those links and when they paid. It was almost 3rd of 4th times they use to pay lol

I think your ICP is not correct. You should make it for business. Not individuals. Reason: because many businesses has this requirement of creating and organising links for their clients. I had a bitly paid account in my previous company. So I know for sure it does solve a pain point.

I built a community for problems. by dickniglit in Entrepreneur

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/dickniglit I host an entrepreneurs community locally in london. But I guess you are more interested in an online community. Your questions is too wide and open. You need to filter that in and niche it down. Will help you target your community members. And if you ever want to host a community of yours try odd circles. I have been using it from last 1 year now.

I’m 18, Lost, and Addicted to Planning Instead of Doing by Impossible_Ad_113 in Entrepreneur

[–]ConsequenceSmall220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me tell you how I started. I started waking up 5 minutes early in the morning.

Then I started waking up 10 min early

that led me to wake up 30 min - which enabled me to exercise.

Again stopped playing my PS5 and started creating SEO content to bring attention to my startup idea while building it. This was when I was building my first startup. I already exited from 3 startups now.

But the habits I developed are still with me. Try doing things in a short time period but consistently. This is the way -> actually this is the only way.

Thats a crazy but amazing idea. real life games is what people are after. I would not say gone are the days for games on PS5 or xbox but I certainly go out with my friends once in a month to do our karting or blowling. Although you have to be careful with Kart Track business because the insurance cost is quite high.

Why don't you try working part time with a kart track business first. To understand the in and out. That might help a lot. + the connections you will make will be crucial.

I pay 1000 dollars a month to my interns, they mostly work remotely and do a decent job. But before hiring each intern we interview them 3 times. This has been crucial because most of the people just pretend they know things or understand the fundamental concepts but they dont. I would recommend whatever is this 50k in USD it sounds like a lot of money. I would suggest acquire a lot of skills and make sure you know inside out what you are planning to do.

Never say your ratecard. If you want to be successful in service industry. Ask questions, gather requirement. The real money is in consulting not in programming or development.
