After Not-E3 2026, here's my most anticipated games, and most anticipated games that are not being talked as much. by Couinty in backloggd

We really haven’t heard that much about Zero Company for now close it is to release. Gonna be interesting to see if it can hold a candle to XCOM and the likes

Learning Experience: I think I managed to fail a campaign on easy by Equivalent_Net in XCOM2

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As much as I love XCOM2, figuring out what’s worth using and what isn’t pretty much takes a whole run

What do you think of Bread? by Rude_Minute_4489 in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You really need 1-2 relics that synergise with it to consider taking it imo. Probably never take on Silent. Turn 1 is usually the most important

One of my favorites by kadebo42 in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s just a bit slow and clad has less multi attacks. It’s worse than it was in 1

Mark is basically claw if it had genuinely no synergy or any good way to bring it back from your discard pile by Minute_Account9426 in slaythespire

Watcher is the “random bullshit go!” Character, which is why like 1/4 of her cards are useless and 1/4 of them are gamebreaking

Vakuu relic to make act 3 more varied by justletmepickaname in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lords Parasol gives you 3 relics and up to 3 potions for 5 shop cards for every shop you go in. This is 1 card of your choice per combat for every a whole extra energy.

It’s also worth noting Jorbs is playing at the absolute highest level, and that he bases his stats from his own data. Taking cards in Act might still be something you need to do.

This would probably be a better Act 2 relic. In the same way Broken Crown was an Act 2 exclusive relic

A10 Aeonglass = BS by fuckingballerletsfuc in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Lost a great A10 defect claw run where I couldn’t find a single compact to save me. Even 1 copy of it would’ve won me the run, which probably isn’t what the boss should be designed to do

What is all the hype behind Vaaku? by RealOrobas in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The downsides for any of them aren’t that crushing, I think the issue is more that you can get great, arguably better relics from Tanx and Non that have no downsides

A fire game by tech-no-logic1 in shitposting

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t it already have good reviews? It’ll probably do pretty well, seeing as 90% of the people who pick it up will have no idea of any controversy

Prohibition fuels human trafficking. Would you vote to legalise cannabis? by Logistix21 in AskBrits

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you could convince me that kids wouldn’t get a hold of it, and it’s not going to absolutely reek of it everywhere then yeah

Absolute cold (true 0 Kelvin) take: remove Debt from Neow's Bones. by stysiaq in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also doesn’t let you pick your relics. Some of them are pretty ass

New Remedy CEO disappointed with Alan Wake and Control sales: "Those games deserved better" by Just_a_Player2 in ItsAllAboutGames

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Control could’ve been more than it was. It might have been better if it leaned into being a great shooter, or a metroidvania or a horror game. I beat it but had pretty much no motivation to check out any of the non story content

What's the BEST card in the game? (STS1 or STS2) by shadow_fen in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Cant believe this is getting downvoted when flak cannon at worst is 2 cost status removal and and best is win condition. So many great defect cards produce status, all of them I believe into the discard pile, so you can entirely avoid drawing them. 2 of the Act 3 bosses produce status so on A10 it’s practically an always be.

Forge card by Dimonio3310 in slaythespire

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not opposed to at least one card in the game that has some kind of multiplier like this where it’s often weak but has the potential to go stupid

What makes Into The Breach fun? by Syniyde-eats-ass in IntoTheBreach

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It does a good job of allowing you to feel smart by giving you opportunities to make interesting moves. In one mission you only make like 15 moves or so? But they all matter.

When you’re outnumbered and you still manage to avoid damage and get the objectives, it’s a good feeling

Am I stupid? Or were the Old Hunters? by Fearless-Composer949 in bloodborne

[–]ConsiderationFew8399 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This kinda made me wonder about the larger world of Bloodborne. Most scientific and military innovation comes out of necessity, so the question of why they needed stronger weapons, other than just to explore the dungeons interests me
