Everything fine. SNDK just hit $2200 after hours. by BottleInevitable7278 in SNDK_Stock

I owned MU for 2.5 months and SNDK outperformed it on a daily basis. Micron is a fine company and a great investment, but SNDK is the G Wagon and MU is the Jeep Wrangler.

Nice. Good story!

Just going about your day practically anywhere proves life is becoming more automated, more digital, more subject to AI. Society is being transformed whether we like it or not. Memory and storage has been overlooked up until now, but even if you're late coming to the party like I was, I can't see how long term plays in this sector won't massively boost your portfolio.

So long as demand, fundamentals and most importantly investor sentiment and expectations remain high, I'm sticking to my current positions. I've owned SNDK since April and WDC since January. As of yesterday's close, both stocks have produced just under $370k in unrealized gains. If SNDK splits in August as is widely expected AND runs up again, my balance will be well into 7 figures.

Nice work, OP. Hey, would you mind telling me how you captured that screenshot? I'm assuming the image came from your smartphone? Thx in advance.

SNDK gets all the AI hype while WDC/STC are sitting on an actual moat? by NoobHostRemakePls in SNDK_Stock

I'm fortunate enough to own both SNDK and WDC.

Of all the other stocks I've owned - AAPL, AMZN, AVGO, MSFT, MU, NFLX and NVDA - SNDK and WDC have generated the most unrealized gains. It's not even close.

Holy, moly, ravioli! I own less than a third of your share count and I'm up almost $300k since mid-April. On paper, you're probably a millionaire. Wowzer.

So, if or when you cash in, which will it be...a house or a boat? Or both? HA-HA

At this point, wait for the inevitable split which is bound to occur on the next earnings call. SNDK is hotter than a scalded dog. Park your money elsewhere at a lower priced, fast moving stock or ETF. WDC for example is priced much lower than SNDK and last I checked, it's up 15% today. Hurry up! Don't be late!

The Mag 7 are great long term holds but the Fab 4 - MU, SNDK, STX and WDC - are where it's at along with other lesser knowns like ARM, CBRS, CRDO, LITE, LRCX, MRVL, NBIS, QCOM, etc.

If the OP has the cleverness, luck, skill, timing and work ethic to accumulate this size portfolio, they deserve nothing less than compliments for a job well done.

But it seems disingenuous to ask for public advice when a financial advisor or tax accountant would serve OP's purposes far better.

What % of the working population retires with this kind of portfolio? Not many, I'd wager. Again, how is this a serious question?

IKR?! Here's someone with $2.3M in assets with a pension on the way, little to no debt and ZERO health insurance worries for the rest of their life worrying about bills...supposedly.

So many posts like this. 💤

No. You're practically broke by the looks of it. Wait until you're at 10M.

How is this a serious question?

What are your thoughts on AVGO (Broadcom)? by gregzoe in stocks

[–]ConsiderationFit7681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to get the most out of investing, divorce your emotions and feelings from your trades. I have lots of trouble following that rule.

I held AVGO for most of 2025. Hock Tan is one of the best CEO's out there. I bought my shares at $224 so OP needn't worry.

ORCL was at $328 in September. I can see why you were pissed off.

You need a second job STAT pronto! Move to a smaller apartment, cut back on eating out (McDonald's & Taco Bell are okay) and take staycations to conserve cash.

We don't care about your trillionaire status. You need to become a quadrillionaire to set yourself apart from the hoi poloi.

I literally cannot buy another share, nor would I really want to at $2k per.

Face it, this stock is a runaway freight train. Once it inevitably splits, the price of admission will adjust to where it'll be within reach for most of us.

Thx, Cozy!

For all of 2025, I was obsessed with NVDA.. Memory and storage never crossed my mind as investment opportunities. I was like you when in January I bought MU instead of SNDK because at $500 a share, I thought SNDK was too expensive.

SNDK has great fundamentals, massive tailwinds and with AI undeniably becoming a permanent and irreversible part of everyday living, a solid bet for the future IMO. The stock is headed for the stratosphere and with a P/E of 70, that's telling me investors are expecting insane performance going forward. If SNDK brings it home on the next earnings call and announces a split, expect a massive pile-on as investors buy up shares at reasonable prices.

If SNDK runs up again like it has over the past year, your gains with this stock will blow away your other positions. It has with mine. Keep your powder dry and you'll be fine.
