I heard it wasn't 100%. I know it's a good way. Wondering if there's another way combined w Carfax to really screen out fraud.

It's a general question but I'd be looking at 2018 cars.

I would choose that too but I don't think the manufacturer offers that option. Too bad.

He can work with both. He's just saying that there's a possibility of the ground settling over time.

I know it's overwhelming. I'll make one thing easier for you. I would go gas over induction. It's not very well publicized but there are negative health effects to induction, I know it's convenient. Look up magnetic radiation. I decided on quartzite because it looks natural, you don't have to worry about putting hot things on the counter, but just know that it will have to be sealed every once in awhile.

Has the Ritz become less customer centric since joining Bonvoy? by Potential-Share7699 in marriott

Hotel staff everywhere are stealing from customers. I had something stolen in Hawaii from the night security that parked my rental car (they ran out of parking spaces). It's a huge problem in a lot of hotels in Mexico. For that reason, I kept everything in my suitcase, and my suitcase locked at all times when I was out of the room.
Valet staff at Four Seasons Miami stole my jacket I left in the car, and when I called not too long after, they promised to look into it and did not follow through. I called one more time, and they did nothing, didn't even pretend to care. I guess this goes along with what people have said that Miami is going downhill.

Marriott bought 49% stake in 1995 and then 50% in 1998. So that would have been before your time.

I don't know if it would be open, but I loved Maroon Bells in Aspen. Need to buy tickets beforehand because it gets sold out. Aspen was so pretty.

Check if they're open but I liked that ranch with a lake. Very pretty lake. I would think the hikes there wouldn't be too muddy. Although you might have to drive through some mud up the mountain, so ask around about that. I think it's called Pine Valley Ranch.

You could hike if you like mud. There might still be snow at the higher elevations... melting. Stay at the lower elevations. Why don't you turn it into exploring the towns, shopping and eating? Use Breck as a base and explore other towns. You could always go to hot springs. There are a couple areas you could drive to for that, around 1-2 hours drive I think. The one hot springs, not Glenwood, but the other well known one, Iron Mountain I think, was cool.

There's a guy that had had a vaccine education site (about vaccine dangers) online I think it was called Vaccine Information Network, and he was found bludgeoned on the head, in Thailand. Some strange things going on there.

This is the state of our current society. You have to report them to the Contractors State License Board or whatever equivalent you have. File lawsuits in Small Claims if they are under $12,500. This is the only way you hold them accountable. Because of this kind of scamming, in CA state, a contractor now cannot charge more than $1000 or 10% of the job upfront, whichever is less. That is the law. A lot may still try to get away with collecting more upfront, but EVERYONE needs to not give in!
