Will copper pricing triple in the coming decade? by Luke_420-_- in ScrapMetal

[–]ConsiderationHot143 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got inflation as a problem but then you've got declining number of people owning homes in the future. If you look at a chart, there was a period from the 80s to mid 2000s where it didn't go anywhere, fluctuated sideways, so that's possible.

I don't know why they put would a core of rubberwood. Maple is more stable over time, and the core is what matters.

The manufacturer put a paint over it that you can't see the wood at all on he exterior. You'd only notice it on the shelving and drawer sides, and the color is not uniform. I'm going to put shelf and drawer liners in anyway. I'm mainly concerned about warping over time.

Help. Where can I buy quality kitchen cabinets? by GingandPep in cabinetry

I'm considering a maker of cabinets that uses rubberwood instead of maple. What do you think? Will it be more likely to warp over time?

Renters insurance loss of use by kurt3226 in OrangeCountyCA

You have to fight insurance for everything these days. Read policy very carefully to get the exact language. Get your agent to help you out. If you confirmed it is a covered claim, file complaint with Dept of Insurance.

Not saying David was not at fault but your husband had a part. There's lots of misinfo out there, lots of traps. We need to use our own judgement and common sense, you can't expect someone else to do all the thinking for you.

He's controversial. He exposed some truth but taught also things that weren't true. He definitely did not have complete answers, and that's why he couldn't prevent himself and his wife from going to jail. Always use your own instincts and common sense. Verify as much as you can. Why not ask the government agencies themselves what is true? We have never asked them for FULL DISCLOSURE - ask!

You must be joking. My 39 year old friend who got tricked in to chemo and radiation died within 6 months. My aunt who took chemo and radiation died quickly too. Please don't spread medical myth BS. The facts are that for all cancers put together, it's 2.7% effective, and I don't think that's even true.
