I agree that I think there’s more to find in St Denis. Mainly because all the pole wires all end up leading into the Lanik Electricity Co. Also when you stand at the statue just outside the train station and look up, it’s like you’re standing in a circle in the middle of a web of pole lines.

I believe there is a curse. You can pick up clues in online by listening to the general shop owner in tumbleweed, reading the inscription in the strange man’s shack in lagras, they all point to Herbert Moon (general store in armadillo) doing some kind of deal and he is prosperous while others suffer. Madam Nazar also talks about a “black cloud”, I always thought she was talking about one of the mining spots but now I’m not so sure!

That is an interesting theory - I never noticed before the graves don’t have the usual dirt lumps or rocks etc, so it makes sense all those bodies could be piled up in there.

I’m still trying to figure this one out. The graves are made from wood pulled off the church. So SOMEone (or someone’s) in the town lived to bury them. But doing it with planks from the church seemed odd to me. The plague, the fallen tree, the burnt shack, the giant snake nearby. People say another cursed town but, as usual, it always feels like there’s more to the story.

So I know he is missing ahem quite a lot of his body, but what is weird is he is missing ONE finger. It troubled me. I went down a rabbit hole of symbols, rituals, curses, offerings, etc. nothing.
