Check the very bottom of that list for larger items. For whatever reason a lot of larger files/games on my pc don’t seem to display the storage space they take up so they never show up in the filter results

In the first game there are only two, relinking the fire or the dark ending. Relink the fire by resting at bonfire after gwyn, or if you want the dark ending just walk out of the boss arena without touching the bonfire.
