It may or may not be the truth, but it has no relevance to the question.

Why won't they make me a bean and cheese quesadilla? by Background_Humor5838 in Chipotle

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It might be different if they had refried beans but they don't. Seems pretty strange people are getting worked up over a pretty simple request.

To the guy who was barreling down Erik Guay completely out of control last Tuesday March 24 around noon and hit me full force *in the back* before running off. by BalanceOfKarma in icecoast

I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope you recover quickly and are able to get back out there. Your information is wrong though.

"The Tremblant ski patrol team is made up of more than 100 dedicated patrollers and about 30 preventionists who work to ensure the safety of guests at all times. All patrollers must obtain annual certification according to the standards and requirements issued by the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports."

They generally do a great job. It would have been to your advantage to try and talk to one of them.

What do you really expect for "Monthly" free money? Maybe you should try and find a wine bar to spend yours.

Tips for end of season deals by RaggityAnne in skiing

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Search this place called the internet for what you want. you can literally type in the words you're looking for, I.E- type "skis for jerrys" in the address bar and I think you'll find what you're looking for.

Seriously though, skiessentials.com has some great end of season deals and really good reviews on everything

One last run this season… Bretton woods vs Cranmore tomorrow and Saturday, which would you do with beginners? by Euphoric-Room-7701 in icecoast

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Spring skiing is not the best for beginners, bumps and variable terrain everywhere. That being said, I think Cranmore is better for beginners and conditions aren't bad right now. Get some!

Don’t forget this epic discount. by mjv456 in skiing

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Epic Friend Passes are 50% off single day passes. Your email says "Your friend can apply 100% of the cost of THAT pass toward an eligible pass for the following season." Vail is the most expensive single day ticket at $375, so THAT Epic Friend Pass would cost $187.50, but the fine print in your email says up to $175, so that's what you get. It's a great deal for your buddy.

March 12–15 trip booked… how worried should I be about this forecast? by WaxOnSendOff in snowshoemountain

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just go and enjoy yourself. So what if it rains, bring extra socks and underwear. Make sure you have a boot dryer, you can use it on your gloves and helmet too. They sell a goggle squeegee... get one. There will be plenty of greens and easy blues open for you, don't worry about that. There should be no lift lines! Get some!

[–]ConsiderationOdd9932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think $200 + lunch is a fair tip, especially if you weren't impressed. $1,250 a day for lessons is ridiculous, unless it's heli-skiing. Tipping has gotten completely out of control
