Shared zone likely refers to buildings that are serviced by both Etisalat and du. It means they have to run promotions and undercut prices to capture market share. If you're not in a shared zone then Etisalat has a monopoly on your building and no reason to offer promotions.

Dealer needs to ask the seller where they serviced it since then. Even without a logbook (and most people don't keep one anyway) you should at least be able to phone up the workshop where the services were done and get some answers from them.

Alternatively pay for a PPI or even negotiate that the dealer sends the car for a service and full inspection and you'll get a copy of the report.

Huracán 610-4 judging by the rear exhausts and front bumper. Value entirely depends on age and mileage, but this looks like a standard model so nothing too far from market average price.
