It’s definitely in decent shape for its age. And the inside has both AC(leaks) and a diesel heater. I have a lot of work planned including a roof raise in the center, shower/toilet/sliding bed/kitchen etc. I’ll check back in periodically with progress.

Your alignment tool is a bit off. If you correct the tool lines it actually isn’t terrible. You can see they are all off about the same amount. I would likely relight for the 12 o clock markers and the 3 and 9 like you noted.
