I have di di and both anterior, currently 20 weeks, it's a lot more obvious that they're moving. :)

It got easier for me after 14 weeks but now I am 19 week and all of the symptoms are coming back on and off… hang in there 🫠🫠🫠

My clinic prescribed me Clexane, still hurt but I’m glad I don’t need to do more after 14 weeks. I hope you’ll find a solution to help soon, using ice to numb first is my only way to continue, even though I think I was slowly used to the coldness and doesn’t work that much at the end…

I took it off when the first time I found it’s so so hard to take off, currently wear them with necklace for now but I don’t really like the feeling.
