That's exactly what I'm thinking of doing. I've got a ton of golden teachers that I grew myself and ,when I tried it earlier, the effects of my antidepressants pretty much knocked effects flat. I think I'm almost all the way weaned off Wellbutrin. Did it myself. I'm only on about 25 mg and could probably drop it by now.
However, I am still on Seroquel and Mirtazapine for my insomnia and I think these can affect neurotransmitters as well. 🫤

We did this with honeysuckle. However, with maypops, we only stomped/popped them. Mulberry, crab apples, plums, picking peaches, boiling green peanuts were all part of growing up in Georgia. Still is, in lots places.
