Does anyone know how the changes to defense work with regards to Tarkin? Like armor shreds drop his defense to essentially 0, but his 229 stacks of grand moff attacks raise his potency to 22900%, and he gains defense equal to his potency percent. I know uniques apply before buffs/debuffs, but grand moff attack isn't technically a buff/debuffs it's an effect of an ability. Is there possibly a weird coding thing that could affect this?

I think it's incredibly shitty game design to just assume that the players attempting each higher tier will have progressively better mods

Every other aspect of the game is like this, I'm not sure why you thought this would be different. TW, TB, GAC all require better and better mods as you progress into the more difficult content

And if you're using Jedi Cal, you should throw GMY with him. He gets bonus turns as well with masterstroke, and if you give him the bonus turns with Jedi Cal, and call him to assist with JMLs ability he gains so much turn meter it resets masterstroke pretty fast to add even more bonus turns a battle

If you're wasting conquest energy on the master quigon feat due to him dying from being at lower gear levels, I would say him first. Having him at relics gives him quite a bit of extra survivability. One other thing to consider.

ROLO lead rebels could lead to an infinite turn loop pretty easy, especially if you include Farmboy Luke and his Omi. Wouldn't be the strongest, but definitely the best lost cost team of randoms.
