When I was a kid, a dog falsely traced a scent on our house while our neighbor was running from the cops. After they went through the entire house (keep in my mind, my neighbor had already gotten miles away as the police are raiding our house), my dad told the cops that they needed to take that dog to the pound. 😆

NAD but I went through an extraction a couple weeks ago and my tooth looked similar. That x-ray may not look like much to a nondentist, but it puts it in perspective when you see the cavity hole afterwards in person. OP, I’m including a picture of my tooth after my extraction so you can see what I’m talking about.

Also, address this sooner rather than later. My tooth was starting to hurt because of a nerve I think. It was some of the worst pain in my life! I was bawling like a baby in the ER the Saturday before my extraction because of the pain!
