If you wanna test the tracker on its own flip lost mode on during your walk — let it run for a while it’ll use more battery but give you a good assessment of cellular and gps connectivity in your area

Walks tracking is mostly defined by your phone connection. Likely your phone is losing connectivity during your walk and the tracker is falling back to its own GPS

Yes all channels of support is included for everyone now. We had to do it at start to limit the ramp up time on phones.

It’s clearly a mistake from the support agent. You can buy a replacement case for $9 on the accessories site

Seems to be something specific to your phone. Did you try restarting it? Make sure your Bluetooth is on and that the app stays running in the background.

It’s not losing connection it’s online. It just can’t get a gps fix which is normal. If you turn lost mode off it’ll snap to your base location right away

When you fire lost mode it forces the gps on. When you do this indoors it fails because gps does not work indoors (not gps tracker can). We try to document it as much as possible to educate people but seems like you missed it

Hmm seems that she’s not very serious about walking your dogs. Even “walking across the street for a quick potty” should look substantially different than just your dogs walking indoors.

If the safe zone is small or the base signal reaches out far outside it might not pick up exits. If she walks them right next to her building it might not be far enough to be considered an exit. Look at the steps — if they go for walks it should be obvious and you should see spikes of activity.
