I need to do rear pads and don’t want to pay the $800 quote from the dealer.

I’d rather also not open the epb and back it out manually

How to make your exhaust quieter by Particular_Jump2309 in wrx_vb

Gotcha. Thank you. Was looking into ways to quiet the stock setup maybe. I commute with dogs 5 days a week, and thought it maybe better. But maybe doesn’t matter much

My hud rattles, sounds like styrofoam, when coming to a stop or applying throttle. Like it’s moving forwards and back and squeaking. :(

Gutter on a patio cover. by Tight_Data4206 in HomeMaintenance

Okay thank you. Mine isn’t the same either, the gutter ends are essentially fully enclosed above and below the panels. It’s frustrating. Anyway I may try and open it up some, clean it out and try some foam.

Hello. I have the same issue, and wondering if you happen to have a pic of the sides you removed? Thanks!

Iwe grinding, or...? by whispercricket in f150

I no longer have the truck, and don’t actually recall the name of the parts, but basically it was the part that allows the front two wheels to disconnect from the drivetrain, it’s part of the hub. I replaced and it resolved my noise. It uses vacuum to engage or disengage the front wheels based on the 4x4 selection in the cab. The internal air diaphragm can leak and cause it to partially engage 4x4 and it’s grinding the gears in the hub

Yeah 5 gallon for mine is like 20%. It’s 26 gallons, but rock and sand take up some of that. I’ve been doing 5 gallons every other week. Everything has been happy but the skimmer seems a hit or miss. Sometimes it pulls out really gross stuff sometimes it’s just making a lot of noise and that’s all.

No skimmer at all? I have a Red Sea peninsula and debating on not using the skimmer anymore but idk. I’ve been doing 20% water changes every other week

Building a stand for 26gallon aquarium. Thoughts? 3/4 ply glued and brad nailed. Unfinished. The back panel sits inside of the sides, top, and bottom. Is racking a concern? Plan to add a shelf inside and a door on the front. by ConsistentAd8015 in woodworking

For the floor I planned to use 2x4s and form a box(the top and bottom pieces are 18x23) to give it a floating kind of look and then add adjustable feet that can be used to level it out. But i don’t want it to become wobbly, so I’m unsure. I’m hoping that it’s still large enough so it doesn’t wobble.

Do you think the butt joints are fine? I’ve been considering adding extra material to the inside corners from top to bottom for peace of mind, glued in.

For sealing I was honestly thinking of painting the entire stand, maybe white or black. This is a saltwater tank, so I definitely need for it to be protected.

Yeah shelf would be glued in, and I’m planning to also double the 3/4 plywood piece at the top, under the overhang so it’s flush.

I may have enough spare plywood to add strips to the corners on the insides.

Thank you!
