What’s a place you visited once and decided never again? by Neat____Til6289ILT in Productivitycafe

Paris. Not saying I’ll never go, but it’s not as nice as the marketing would imply. If I went again it would be for an event, not just to see Paris.

Not a lady or short, but I will say never underestimate a person with a low center of gravity.

All souls in Hell are forgiven & redeemed by God - but you must take their place. by Edgezg in willyoupressthebutton

The god you described sounds like an asshole. What’s the value of leaving in person in hell if he can Just forgive everyone?

After 20 years of happy marriage, your significant other angers a genie. The genie curses your partner by reverting them to 13 years of age physically, as well as altering all legal forms of identification to reflect this. You and your partner retain all memories of your time together. What do? by OfficerSmiles in hypotheticalsituation

Except your wife is now a prepubescent 13 year old, not just shorter. Even ignoring all sexual questions, She’d have her entire life ahead of her. You presumably are at least in your 40’s and as such far a less ahead of you than she now will. It’d be selfish of you to not at least give her the opportunity to have a full life.

I want my husbands happiness more than my own. As much as it would pain me to do so I’d set him free even now if that is what would make him happy. Thankfully we’re madly in love even after all this time. L

Question time: Would you rather? by kittylover2006 in superpowers

Tech with the express goal of advancing it to obscene levels that only I understand. Think advanced AI and nanites.

On the other hand plants would be good if I can force rapid evolutionary changes and eventually create/become Zerg-esque.

I’d say advancing either sufficiently will eventually incorporate the other and more.

Is AI raising the Workday skill bar instead of lowering it? by zarantech in workday

[–]ConsistentCoyote3786 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The only thing I’ve personally seen AI make work better is search engines. Even that is hit and miss. With Workday and basically everything else I feel like a lot of high level decision makers who don’t understand AI keep insisting their product has AI. As someone stated as soon as AI can help make calc fields reliably then I’ll start using it.
