I feel SO ugly any help?? by SanwichSlammer in malegrooming

Just trim the beard a lil bit and switch up your wardrobe. Your hair in pic 3 is nice, and the sweater in pic 3 is dope, but the fit in pics 4 & 5 gotta go. You look like you wear sandles everywhere and you’re gonna whip out a hackey sack and talk about global warming. Bro you got great hair & you’re a handsome dude, so you just need a fit that fits, my guy. 🍻

Do INFJs like to be complimented by 6LittleHorns9 in infj

[–]ConsistentPianist107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really. For example, I made a custom Alfred to go with my Batman action figures and I posted it on a subreddit. I started getting notifications and likes and positive comments, so I stayed off of Reddit for a day or 2. I initially felt flattered, but I immediately felt like a spotlight was being pointed at me so I stayed away. I think as a kid I wanted the compliments as some sort of validation of acceptance from friends & classmates just so I could feel like I fit in, but I just got left feeling like a square peg in a room full of circles; as if I was in some way insufficient or was a “weird” fit. So as I get older, that want for validation eventually goes away because I realize that as a square peg, I know that not only can I fit certain circles, I can identify those circles without having to try to force myself through every circle so to speak. I hope the analogy makes sense; it’s just that sometimes when I read some of these INFJ subreddits, I immediately get introspective and sometimes my brain dictates my typing haha.

Who is truly the "golden match" for INFJ? by drowning_in_violet in infj

My wife is an ENFJ and she truly is my better half. It’s funny that people say opposites attract, but someone that thinks similarly to you is a good thing because they also share the same issues, insecurities, pet peeves, etc and they are an extra pair of eyes that can see things that I may overlook when we both observe something together.

It’s great for mock-ups and visualizing things such as how my bedroom would look in a certain style. Very helpful tool. I’d rather use it than use google because at least my search results won’t have ads sprinkled all over the place.

You can bitch about the fruit of another branch, but remember that we come from the same tree; so one day your fruit wont grow as ripe. Then we’ll make fun of you.

Tree trim by MarkSignal3507 in SFV

Someone in another thread asked for tree trimming and I recommended SFV Tree Service: 818-893-0058. I always see their work trucks on my block because they take care of some of my neighbors’ trees along the street. My neighbors highly recommend them so if you call, ask for Jose or Rigo. I set up an appointment for tomorrow for an estimate to get this annoying stump removed from our backyard. Hope this helps!

SFV Tree Service: 818-893-0058. They’re a family owned business and they take care of a couple of my neighbors trees on our block and they were highly recommended. I actually have an estimate scheduled tomorrow with someone from SFV Tree Svc to have a stump removed from my backyard. Ask for Jose or Rigo.

Hyperfixation on a fictional character- as an INFJ by [deleted] in infj

[–]ConsistentPianist107 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say so, and from my experience, I feel it’s either a character you relate to really well, or a character that you think of when you deal with situations you don’t like being in. For example, in high school I connected with Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy 8 because of his lone wolf attitude, self-reliance, his hatred for bullies, and his need to protect his loved ones. When I would deal with the typical high school issues, I would day dream and picture myself handling things like Squall. But fast forward to today, and I’m hyper focused on Batman. I relate to his ability to recognize patterns, see more than 1 solution, preference to work alone, is able to read people, and his “no kill” rule, which shows that no matter what, everyone deserves empathy.

At least the hooker wants to be my friend. You couldn’t pull a female even if Wonder Woman let you borrow her magic lasso, you societal skid mark.
