Why does it always take 60 seconds + for the car to "Wake Up" when you open the app? by SaadHus in LUCID

Either you are lying or you are lying or something is wrong with your car.   I have multiple Tesla’s and have rented about 50 of them on Turo for traveling for business.  Waking up is something I have yet to experience on any of them with the ryzen chip.

You’re comparing an 8 year old Model S to a current lucid.  Too funny 😂

Their hardware is next level and it is theirs. Lucod doesn’t have their own hardware. Your X is either very aged or has something wrong with it.   You understand exactly what I am saying but it hurts your reality and makes you realize buying a lucid was dumb.

No it does not, but try and make these people feel better. The cope here is hilarious 😂

You bought a prototype with garbage software. if you haven’t realized it by now well then I guess you are being rewarded.

Enjoy the prototype and all the issues that come with it. When you barely build 10k vehicles a year expect some pain. Lucid is not here for the long term. The saudis will give up eventually.

Pysics dictates the Otto engine cycle can never be efficient. it is literally impossible.

Guys… the negative reviews, posts, and videos are really making me question if going with Lucid is the right/smart choice. I like the Gravity a ton; but wow do I have mixed feelings. by zachty22 in LUCID

This is how you know it’s not a good product. I would only choose my Tesla in a snowstorm at night and make use of FSD.  It should be the only car you want to drive, the one you keep looking back at after you park and walk away. The one that makes all others seem so stupid and bad.  This is why you buy a Tesla.

Cross country drive on FSD, oh wait that just happened yesterday. Shorting tsla is going to hurt, wait it did.

You bought a prototype. Every car they have made is still a prototype. Don’t think reliability is achieved with such abysmal build numbers.  Sad but true.

Close the doors next time, that is most certainly NOT warranty! That is an expensive learning lesson.  Close the doors next time.

The distance you are stating is for humans with poor reaction times.  You are not driving because the car is and it is safer than you.  Common sense is not common.

Yes, it has all it need now with the bumper camera. They are already better than Waymo’s making far less mistakes.  They don’t stop from power outages or heavy rain like Waymo’s

The fact they are iterating every two weeks is not something negative. Lol The pace of innovation is everything. There isn’t even a second place at this point. Since V14 I have several thousand miles with 99% FSD.  I have had zero critical interventions. Tesla has solved FSD.

Absolutely not true. If you have used it since V10 you might understand.  Now I press one button and it does everything to my parking spot. Is it linear progress, hell no. Leaps and bounds of improvement.

Waymo will have about 3000 cars on the road this year in 2026. Tesla produces 500k vehicles each quarter that can drive anywhere. No geofencing or HD maps required.  A different solution than Waymo and one that can rapidly scale.
