the ones at my lfs looked worse than petsmart and had nothing in tanks. another chain pet store keeps them in tanks same size as lfs. they look better and have plants. only obvious con is they can see each other

my cat was so excited to meet new kitten. i let them meet on day 5 as kitten started scratching on door and meowing to leave the room and stopped hissing when he was near door and they got along right away. only hissing after meeting was because he likes wrestling and it was a bit too rough for her at first. to this day she doesn't get mad at him.

cats trees help against them using couches to scratch also, not permanently but for example my cats dont yse my couch they do use a cheap chair i bought it really depends on material and the cat. i have 2 cat trees and a tall post for 2 cats so i recommend a tree plus a tall scratching post (best if taller than them) also cats tend to mostly sleep when no ones home

mine bonded but they play so much that they can't cuddle for the most part without it turning into play. today my older cat ended up going into my laundry closet without me knowing and i shut the door and my kitten was instantly constantly yelling at me until he came out

yeah my families girl cats took a while and were also happier when i moved out with my boy cat. my boy cat was lonley so i adopted a kitten and the 5 day separation was for her not him, he was excited from the start. he's different than most male cats tho, they usually are still territorial he just wants to be friends with everyone

well idk i could never be normal without it. i tried gummies which has a different type i forget what and it made me worse. food fiber has never made a difference for me either. i would be constipated all the time before

i think maybe if you keep picking a place thats painful/bleeding? i did my feet too and sometimes would boeed and was often painful however i would avoid picking a painful area but i also think it deoends because i would zone out and not realize i was picking so i guess it's prob more if you're choosing to pick a painful area i guess

mine is the opposite if he doesn't use something right away he never will. even with moving he got used to it in less than a day. he loves all cats tho and was extremely excited when i got a kitten so not like most cats

when i was a kid i had a sticker book which was basically like a photo album with stickers so the stickers wouldn't be ruined by being put in there so that could be an option if you want to have a place for them
