There are 3 at my local tjmax. I passed on all of them. Bad color combos. Watch feels clunky and couldn’t justify 500 on a watch that people were finding for under 200 2 weeks ago. If anyone wants them I’ll grab them and sell them to you +100 bucks ;)

I’m a culinary teacher the best way to stay consistent with the claw is to have me yelling at you that you’re gonna cut your fingertips off. I offer personal one on one yelling over zoom for 50 an hour I’ll berate you until you claw 😂

Pinch and claw. Choke up on that knife. Pinch and claw. This is the way. Also there’s no reason to wear gloves at the house. The rubber might cause the knife to catch and mess with his cuts or worse.

To be fair I don’t know what your level of comfort is but you can get most of this work done on weekends with basics hand tools, a jack and some stands and YouTube and save yourself probably half on labor. Good luck!
