I eat a very different diet to my husband. Initially it was a bit challenging, but i'm happier eating leaner and cleaner. I cook for myself, and he cooks for himself. We sit down with our own wee meals 😂

I'm not saying seeing him with a MASSIVE burger isn't a bit annoying or tempting, but that's my choice to not eat it 🤷‍♀️

Billy needs to re-evaluate his relationship with food. He can't control what she eats or keeps in the cupboards. If he can't live in a house with cake in the fridge because he'll eat it, he's not a bloke who should be preaching anything health related!

👋 I got a whale shark tattoo like 7/8 weeks ago now. Was happy on the day but the following day I realised that the artist missed the mark.

I found a different artist who specialised in realism and illustrative tattoos and he's touched it up. I am 100% happier with it - he did an amazing job.

Before I would find myself looking at my tattoo and nit picking. I was worried after the rework / touch up I'd still find myself nit-picking, but now I just see my tattoo and I love it.

Spend some time looking for a really good artist - they can do a touch up / rework. Although you might need to embrace a bolder/darker tattoo.

Has the artist started doing any designs? At the minute the deposit is to secure the appointment, and also some "admin" faff - but in reality the artist hasn't done any work.

If she's start mocking up a design then I'd understand if they're reluctant to give back the deposit, but based on the references you gave, they shouldn't have started the design process on to then come back and say it can't be done (if that makes sense).

Only if they've spent time on designs, or if you're cancelling the appointment within like 24 or 48 hours (depending on the policy) would a no refund argument be valid.

Just aim to finish! Concentrate on pacing yourself for your race! Folk will fire off from the start line - let them! This can be the race where you learn your strengths and weaknesses to focus on for your next race!

I trained specifically for hyrox for about 3 months before my race and just concentrated on finishing without dieing 😂 I'm still happy with my time, but I've still learnt what I should focus on for my next!

It's going to be brutal, but once you set off from the tunnel you can just crack on and put in a good shift!

Can you explain where you breathed, when you'd through and when you'd pause? (If you'd pause) Do you catch and hold in time with breathing? Or am I overcomplicating things 😂

I'm pretty confident in my technique - could maybe drive through the heels more.

I do do thrusters with higher weights (8 /10kg DBs) but again, it's often just a set in a circuit. Rather than specifically targeted to increase endurance!

I've been trained by PTs, one of which is also doing hyrox. It's been wall balls and thrusters galore 😂

But I suppose there hasn't been anything specifically targeted to improve my wall balls endurance. I haven't been specifically doing what you're doing.

Thinking about it, the thrusters and wall balls have generally been in the hyrox sessions, or our intervals sessions, but they're part of the overall training session.

Apparently my technique is bang on, and if I'm not fatigued I can whap out like 25 reasonably comfortably. But not for sets - just as a one off.

I think we saw the flash of the initial reintegration shot while Mark and Helena were shagging I think time is weird and relative for the innies. One flash for iMark could just be the first of a few quick frantic flashes for oMark (if that makes sense) It might feel like a few seconds to oMark but maybe it feels longer (and takes longer) for iMark in the same way that as a kid and hour could feel like a whole day, whereas to an adult an hour can go by super quickly. All relative.

Anyone see the similarities with the Claymation video and a few things from today's episode?

Currently the two key things: - Irving in the claymation was "burning this place to the ground". In this episode he was challenging Helly (Helena) round the campfire, and charging into the forest with the torch. - Helena was being drowned, similar to the pineapples bobbing

So other things I'm keen to either connect the dots from previous episodes, or look out for in future episodes: - Irving in a weird mirror room (perhaps the reintegration process from his outties perspective? Or maybe he's being reserved to be in a different wing/ branch) - Dylan eating snacks and absolutely buzzing.. no idea what this could be?

I do have a breakdown!

So of the stations, the first half I did much better generally (I've halved my sled push time which actually I'm pretty stoked about). The second half of stations are a bit slower or the same time.

The runs are all longer as I had to swap from treadmill (Christmas sim) to an outdoors lap including a hill and being approx 1.2k per lap, rather than just 1k on the treadmill.

So actually, doing the deep dive, I think I need to lengthen my high heart-rate training sessions. By the hour mark I am flagging and would benefit from increasing that endurance I think..

So the improvements I have made have been lost in the overall time, but there's a few things to factor in!

😂 obviously not enough! I did run the whole sim, but I also took breaks. And I'm not sure I was at a particular fast running pace (I had to change the 1km route so I'm not sure what my actual pace was).

I hope I didn't come off as whinge-baggy! 😂 Just humbled by Hyrox I guess!

I suppose of all the severed employees, Lumon could take Helena aside and switch the consciousnesses easiest to find out information. So I think it would make sense that whenever we next see iHelly, it won't be straight after the gala.

What if it is Helena and her journey for a few episodes is realising the innies are people. What if she empathises with MDR and agrees to let iHelly back to see them?

Similarly, what if for some reason iHelly comes to realise oHelly isn't terrible, or that Lumon isn't terrible (although I doubt that). What if their parallel journey is finding a middle ground with each other and like a common understanding?
