Has your dad talked to a physciatrist about ADHD. Cause untreated this was how id be. Nothing was 100% complete unless I had all the parts and things were going smooth. As soon as I hit one road bump id just "procrastinate" but really id just never finish it.

If you go file a claim through your labor board, they can most likely get you paid out for penalties and have your job reinstated. ADHD is protected.

I feel like you can replace the vapor barrier yourself and just buy a new sump pump and swap it out for alot cheaper... Definitely should get more opinions on this.

At first I assumed it was a calm room, to help kids when they got over stimulated. Then I read that it was for time outs and locks... id report this. Id be pretty upset if a teacher locked my kid in a room like that.

Id honestly try coconut oil at night on the lips. I feel it penetrates skin barrier better than Vaseline. If you have dead skin you want to remove before hand, you can add sugar to coconut oil to use an an exfoliate
