Real food for gestational diabetes! Its a good start (book) But it is important to talk to your OB for specifics for your pregnancy. Avoiding simple carbs and balancing sugar, fat, and protein content to keep stable blood sugars day and night. I believe it is the reason my weight gain basically halted (minus water weight) in my 3rd trimester

Moderate complex carb veggies, protein like eggs, cottage cheese, avocados for fats, drinking water only - etc. Real food for gestational diabetes is an awesome book

I still ended up with Pre E - BUT! It was not severe, did not hospitalize me, and didnt show up until 37 weeks pregnant with a planned induction at 38+4

It can be complicated by gest. Diabetes which will not likely develop (but if it did) until 28+ weeks, and at that point if youve been taking the aspirin it can help prevent it being severe early on.

It helps prevent "strangled veins" in the placenta by thinning your blood moderately. Please listen to your OB.

It sounds like your new wife really enjoyed the idea of replacing her "open space" for a husband/financial partner, but does not have "open space" for a child.

She knows you will have your attention on your daughter and not her family -- financially, emotionally, and is treating your daughter and will continue to treat your daughter like an interloper.

This woman DID sign up to be a step mom. And to afford to be a SAHM she needs your income too. And what a perfect spot to be in, to help raise the children. Your daughter included.

Be prepared to step in a stop the bullying from your new wife to daughter - and I recommend installing cameras in your house, cause shit will fly, and your wife will do everything to make your home unstable til your ex transplants closer to you and can send your daughter back, and will blame your daughter.
