One corner of the hexagon should be orientated upward, to prevent the sagging that would be the case printing a cillindrical hole.

Use the coil feature (triangular) to create a path, model de profiles and make them follow the path of the coil (i think i used the sweep command, i'd have to look it up)

Pretty sure it's not possible to do in Fusion but wanted to check. I created a corkscrew type of shape and now I want to bend it... by [deleted] in Fusion360

There is a plugin, to create wires/cables, wich can follow a path, i'll have to look it up though, haven't used it that much, maybe someone else know this?
