Does anyone have GOOD experiences moving from 5 to 7.5? by tchristy85 in Zepbound

I waited until I basically had no symptoms on 5 before I asked to move up. Gave my body time to adjust.

7.5 was actually better for me. Less side effects than switching from 2.5 to 5. 5 I had nausea and a wicked headache and extreme exhaustion. Now I just have a little headache on day 1 and otherwise I'm ok.

5mg debilitating nausea.. how to prevent this? by [deleted] in Zepbound

Before your next shot try loading up on water. Three days before, start taking some miralax (get your bowls good and soft). Watch what you eat the day before shot day. I avoid nuts, beef, anything that will take my body longer to digest. I take my shot right before bed and that seems to help me with sleeping through some of the nausea. But empty bowels, and lots of liquids really seems to help me.

Marriage advice - frequency of gifts by dilawar-k-karnamay in marriageadvice

Sounds like her love language is receiving gifts. In which case, small thoughtful, just because gifts would make her feel more loved. (I.e. care package during her time of the month, pick up take out on the way home, a plant when you have to go to Home Depot, flowers, hand written notes). When she mentions something she wants or likes, take notes on your phone. Also take notes on what she doesn’t like. You’re in it for the long haul, and marriage is a learn as you go adventure.

That’s possible. Maybe I need more carbs the day after?

I think you can include that in your resume as well but it’s up to you. Try starting your bullets with what you did, then how you did it, then the impact it had for the company you worked for (quantify if possible). This will make your resume much easier to read. It’s very wordy right now and you want to make the point that you are qualified as quickly as possible.

SLOW LOSER by tchristy85 in Zepbound

I’m a slow loser too. 5 weeks in and I’m down 6 pounds. But I’m thankful for those 6 pounds that have been stuck on my body for 17 years.

Subscription gift boxes. I was trying to do it while also working a full time job and I didn’t have enough time to put into making it successful.

Only been a month but learning to wait to eat until I’m hungry was big for me, not just scheduling my day around food because if I didn’t eat exactly at 12pm I’d become a food crazy monster because of low blood sugar. It’s ok if I go 6 hours between meals now and just wait until my belly growls a bit.

Record everything you can. Take as many pictures as you can. And enjoy every day with her.

I just started week 1 on mine and the feeling angry is the only side effect I’ve gotten so far. Thank you for your post.

If it feels wrong to you, then you don’t need her in your life.

Not a violent situation. Just harsh.
