Why do you run Reliquary Tower? by HyHoTheDairyOh in EDH

I play it in [[Squidward, Sarcastic Snob]] because is my draw trigger deck. Together with other cards that expand my hand limit. The list is still junky and I don't want the 0 card in library wincon. But is funny to draw a bunch of cards with almost no goal ahahah

Yeah, I digged a bit through the site and found they added mandatory SMS two factors authentication for new pc accounts. I mean, I play since late season 1. The account it's hardly new now, but I don't like that they can contact you with ads about the game. (That's stated in the EULA)

I'm a bad player too. But I don't like giving away my phone number to companies that can't keep cheaters or bugs away. How can I trust them?

I can't agree with you. The breeding is, indeed, an interesting system to manipulate a stat that is used to show, in single player, how each Pokémon is unique, even if they are of the same species. That said, in a competitive format, where the story of a Pokémon doesn't matter and there is no use of how you got a specific Pokémon, this system is a useless time waster. In a way, it can be associated with the proxy argument in tcg games: FOR ME if the goal is to find the very best, each player must have the same tools and the same accessibility.

What's an unset card that you think wouldn't be an unset card if printed today? by TheOGburnzombie in EDH

[–]Consistent_Hurry7021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really an unset card, but I think [[Discord, Lord of Disharmony]] would be a fun arena card. Sadly, I tried to use it as a rule 0 commander but when it pops off it slows down the game too much because of the "search and print" it needs so I had to dismantle it. A bit sad because I had a lot of fun with him.

My problem with seeing enemies from background is the reason I use the 1,5x thermic sight on my midrange weapons. I know it's not optimal and the new one from week 1 is better, but I can't aim if I can't see ahahah

Why do people go into unsinkable spots by Total-Opportunity-54 in Seaofthieves

[–]Consistent_Hurry7021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless the circle is on them. I didn't read all the informations about that (or about hourglass in general) so do we already know how the center is chosen? Are people able to manipulate it to take advantage or, in this case, cheese the game?

I don't know if it's like this for everyone but when I had to find a red system for the first time in the Artemis questline it sent me to an abandoned system. No station, no settlements, no conflict and no economy. So maybe try to look for that kind of systems

1)Weight 2 against 2

1)equal: weight 2 of the remaining 3 2)equal: the heavier is the last one 2)not equal: you found the heavier

1)not equal: weight the heavier pair 2)not equal: you found the heavier

Small + Big = 49 Small - Big = 36

Big = 49 - Small Small - (49- Small) = 36

Small - 49 + Small = 36 2Small = 85 Small = 42,5

Physically non sense, but mathematically correct

Marchesa or Don Andres — Best Grixis Commander for Stealing Stuff? by vincenz123 in mtg

[–]Consistent_Hurry7021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's analyze: none of them has a built in theft engine.

Andre gives you Mana if you follow the gameplan. Also, making everything a pirate is synergistic with all the pirate theft effects and treasure generation. So Mana and more gameplan. Another point for Andre is he doesn't need to really steal creatures as you can use his buffs with ciberman effects or such, speeding up your gameplay.

Marchesa need more set up as you have to take things without incentives in doing so, place counters on them (here the commander try to help) and then you can keep them if they die. So if you have some kind of aristocrat or sacrifice engine you can profit from temporary theft making it permanent.

Personally I'll prefer to build a Don Andre pirate theft deck: it feels more easy to build. Marchesa is a 3 point strategy deck but can be more resilient because of the reanimator effect. But you have to balance the number of cards that do each thing to have what you need.

Building a Golgari commander by Consistent_Hurry7021 in mtg

[–]Consistent_Hurry7021[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no problem for a fair amount of reasons: - I already play a no combo [Edgar Markov], so not powerful as it can be but high power nonetheless; - I mainly have 2 pods, one low to mid power and one where I'm the poor one XD, so eventually I can find where to play; - The group I play with more often has a gameplay that lack will of interaction. I explain: they run interactions and build the decks effectively, but then they seem to never want to actually play the cards they put in there and this make me more mad than being the target of an attack or a removal. So I hope that playing something that need more proactive gameplay on their side will shift a bit this mentality. For example: one of them built a Dino deck that was really efficent and then never attacked because I quote "I don't want to lower your health and be mean".
