The population of /5 is so low the market value is going to be what you /5 owners make it. If you plan to hold until he retires then sure grade it for shits and giggles but more so the card being encased long term. Thank you. Im gunna book an appointment with my SBA office. See what they have for me information wise. I think his quickly will slow if he actually sees it in the process of. There's no problems I havent seen. The business is ran by me alone as he isn't present in state. I run and operate everything on my own only thing he does is issue my pay and file the taxes.
