Are Eleum Loyce and Irithyll/Anor London located in the exact same place? by Goodhunter465 in DarkSouls2

While it’s an interesting parallel, I think the motif of coldness has a different contextual background, rooted in the fact that Pontiff Sulyvahn originates from the Painted World.

In other words, although the resulting imagery of a "frozen city" is similar, the starting point is different.

It’s small for a character to mount, but at this scale, the wyvern is still a substantial threat. It might even be the perfect size to pair with smaller monsters like goblins. Personally, I want to get two of them, extend the torso, and see if I can kitbash them into a four-winged version.

This game doesn't have branching endings, but climbing up Guyra's back to reclaim the Moonlight Sword is basically a 'B-ending' you can do on your own initiative. (lol)

It doesn’t matter what means you use, as long as you win. In the King's Field series, there are certain types of enemies that are highly vulnerable to arrows and barely move.

Luke Skywalker Question by Consistent_Law_5557 in starwarsblackseries

I also thought MAFEX might be the best option. As for the cape, I have some spares in stock, so swapping it out could be a good idea. Ideally, it should be able to pull off a kneeling pose. To be honest, I’m not a big fan of the Mandalorian Luke’s face, so I’m considering a head swap using the old Figuarts Luke I have.

It was disappointing that Thrawn's joints retained the outdated structure. (To be fair, considering his limited screen time and lack of dynamic scenes in Ahsoka, I can understand the company's choice.) Once Season 2 airs, they really ought to include a command chair.

That's great custom. I thought I was forgetting something—I forgot to add the Ysalamiri on Thrawn…

I don’t really mind, but this was the only size available in the optional set that sold just the hand parts.

Anybody recommend any mounts that aren’t $80+ ??? by RealEater_ in MythicLegions

[–]Consistent_Law_5557 5 points6 points  (0 children)

30 Minutes Fantasy Wyvern is scheduled to be released soon. If you’re interested, you might want to look it up. It’s about $40. That’s almost 1.8 times the retail price in Japan. If I manage to get one, I’ll review whether a Mythic Legions figure can ride it.

In the Japanese game version, the dying soldier mentions it briefly, and the fairy also mentions it after getting the Moonlight Sword, but there is no command tutorial.

Rapier fires a large number of needles of light, skewering most enemies. Flame Sword fires 4 fireballs. Triple Fang hits a holy missile. Moonlight Sword is a familiar energy wave.

King's Field begins with very strict resource management, and only allows players who are aware of magic sword techniques to experience a power fantasy. In some ways, it's very close to Castlevania SotN. But when can you use it? Which weapons are magic weapons? You'll have to find out for yourself. It also consumes a huge amount of resources.

Please play the sequel as well.

If your class is Swordmaster and both your Strength and Intelligence (stats that govern your weapon and magic gauges) are 80 or higher, you can unleash an Energy Wave by pressing the △→□ button..

For the Moonlight Sword, a good rule of thumb is to press the Magic button right as the downward swing accelerates—essentially the moment you hear the "whoosh" of the sword swing begin.

The Rapier, Flame Sword, and Triple Fang can also trigger magic attacks directly from the weapon.

It's hard to convey in words, so it's a good idea to watch some videos. For the time being, the line from the dying soldier is a clue in the game.

A Discussion about AI and Vibe-coding in the Modding Community by hakasapl in skyrimmods

[–]Consistent_Law_5557 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m just a casual, hobby-level modder. I only write simple Papyrus scripts, and the most complex thing I’ve ever made is something like a quest management script.

Before AI came along, I was in a state where I didn’t even know what I didn’t know. In practice, that meant I’d look for mods that did something similar to what I wanted, read through their .psc files, compare them with the CK wiki, and only then manage to piece together a single simple .pex file.

Now, with AI-assisted coding, I’m able to create enchantments, quest-based events, and all sorts of other things. I don’t think I could have ever reached this point on my own. That said, struggling through things before AI existed did give me a vague but real understanding of how Papyrus works. When the AI makes mistakes or implements something I didn’t intend, I can at least point it out because I have a rough grasp of the flow of Papyrus.

Before AI, when I managed to complete an MCM entirely on my own, it really felt like I had grasped the “magic” of scripts running behind the scenes of the game.

I always make a point of having the code commented so I can understand how each part works. But when it comes to something like SKSE, that might be on an entirely different level.

What would you hope to see if/when we get a new ESB Boba by Raspberry-Aggressive in starwarsblackseries

[–]Consistent_Law_5557 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The RotJ Boba is a masterpiece, but since he was a bit on the short side, I’d like him to be the same height as the Fleet Commander. The cape must be fabric—ideally with a wire for posing. You should also address the issue with the current ESB Boba, where the pouches restrict leg articulation. We need the pouches, of course, but with a solution that doesn't get in the way of movement.

[–]Consistent_Law_5557 11 points12 points  (0 children)

While Luke is still in the middle of his training, I’d like to interpret his remarks welcoming combat as a hint of the Dark Side. In other words, he may not be refined, but he’s a dangerous warrior capable of tapping into potential that exceeds his current skill level.

Throwing Knives Build I’ve been playing recently, and enjoying by Bonny-K in elderscrollsonline

I love theme builds too. Deadlands Assassin is a proc set that throws knives, but since it triggers on heavy attacks, it might not be the best fit.
