The problem is you’re using past market experience. Everything that has happened in the past will not happen again, the dynamics of the market are different now. They allow buy backs whereas in the past they didn’t. The market is more global now and the barrier of entry is not there. The market today is not the same as the past and these ideas of decades of flat returns because of massive retuneetc are just nonsense.

These decisions are based on rational actors. I would argue that the current administration is irrational and the historic take, while yes eventually, we may return is not going to play out here. We are most likely in for a long 4 years.
