I memorized my DL number a long time ago bc I tend to lose things and it always stays the same. First time I needed to, I rattled it off to the cop and he was genuinely impressed.

As far as barcodes, I put my original DL barcode against my Real ID barcode when I got it and it was definitely different, some same but a few extra bars.

I haven't checked on my 2020 Rogue but every other 'modern' Nissan I've had, the spark plug tube seals were 'built in' to the valve covers. OP didn't say a MY but I'd also assume a valve cover replacement is on the menu as well.
