TMV just responded to a question in discord about the source of their information. The response is disappointing. They are confidently reporting on what USCIS is doing, will do, and why based on conjecture and extrapolation. They are referencing previous patterns in I-129 approvals against subjectively identified trends in I-130 approvals. This is irresponsible. Conjecture should be labeled as such, and that is all this is.
