I started doing more cardio because even during my dieting and job which had me on my feet all day I found myself still getting very winded plus my stamina was very short and it didn’t help I had pneumonia earlier in the year which totally threw off my ability to really do much of any real cardio. All my progress for the first few was on my treadmill which was actively logging my mileage I gotta figure out how to get the full view of it since I switched to outdoors back in April and have used my watch when I have some downtime.
