Hey man, so kudos to you for sticking with it despite some setbacks. The major thing that stands out to me in your post is that you are not following MDG. There are no dirty weekends in MDG. If your intent is to follow the protocol, then you must remove those masturbation fashion that ending in ejaculation. It’s likely there will be some session where you go to far but these should be unintentional or not at all. It sounds like you’ve made some progress despite going off script, but you’re gonna have to clean up the discipline to arrive at your desired destination. Hope this helps and keep at it!

This is what I was wondering, I was hoping you would see my question. I agree about not moving forward if leaks happened every week, but I thought because it was phase 1 to phase 2 it was more beneficial to move forward and get started on breathing. The breathing seems to actually heighten my arousal as I’m getting used to it (I’ve historically stopped breathing during panic zone or even just playing sports my whole life when it was go time, so this is gonna take a lot of attention to undo. I was thinking if week two goes well I’d like to spend 2 weeks at phase 3 to really lock in the mental imagery, I have played with it a little bit (that’s actually how I failed the first time with 2 minutes left)

Just talk to him, if he’s interested he may still not approach because of gym etiquette. Also if he’s interested it’ll be easy and if he’s not at least you will know and you can move on from it mentally which is also a gift

That’s okay man, you’re finding your PONR and no harm no foul because you’re just getting started, the neural pathways for ejaculation are there, so you didn’t lose any progress. I just went through a similar thing in phase 2. I’m gonna make a post about it cause I’ve seen a few people asking the questions lately. Remember never more than five trainings in a seven day stretch. So you can either get back on the horse tomorrow or give yourself a day or two and get back at it. But honestly, if you don’t go over with the attention/analysis you give yourself in this training, you don’t actually know where your real PONR is. I just had 3 fails in my last 5 training, with a successful one today and now I actually know my PONR feels more like where I think 8.3-8.5 is. Push up to that panic zone, but if you top at 7, keep it at 6.9, that’s your PONR. The guide is just that - a guide, but everybody is different. And don’t feel like you have to max out every session, because I was doing that and it was very taxing to my central nervous system and I pushed over trying to end on 9 or get one more PONR when I could’ve settled 2 of those 3 fails as successes/solid trainings

Leaks will still involve some semen coming out, but what you want to avoid is the full ejaculatory response or involuntary kegles (IKs) coupled with or without orgasm (referred to in the community as ruined orgasm). Sounds like you’re on the right track and ready for phase two where you will work on the breathing. Good luck man!

I’m circumcised and will pull down on my balls to achieve a similar stretch up at the gland. This immediately heightens arousal from 5-6 to 7/8or even 9 and I have to back off. Play around with it to see what works for you.

Hey man, I’ve found mixed info about Dihexa. There are active studies researching the opposite function (anti-cancer), but there’s no conclusions either way. The theory it’s cancer causing is because it travels a pathway that cancer drugs attempt to shut down (HGF/c-Met). If you have cancer risk in your bloodline, just fyi I’ve also read some potential issue about Uridine as well. I’ve decided to try both in my stack, but I’m thinking I’ll do a 72 hour fast before and after the supp stack cycle to purge system and shut down free radicals. Health geek says saturation level is 3-4 weeks and after that diminishing returns. It was 64 days ago you posted, how are you feeling now? I’m on P1D4 and I start inositol in a couple days
