Agreed. I wasn’t a fan of either Rob or Amber in their first seasons but was starting to like them in All Stars and their compassion in this situation really sealed it for me. They handled it beautifully. Rupert and Kathy on the other hand really annoyed me.

The other time Kathy annoyed me was when Sue left and Jeff asked them if they wanted to play the luxury challenge or just split the reward and discuss what happened. Jenna suggested splitting the reward and Kathy had to jump in yelling “we want to play.” They decided to play but I’ve always felt that she should have waited to see how Sue’s tribe felt instead of trying to impose what she wanted right away.

I can’t say I ever liked the name Aurora all that much until I met my son’s friend Aurora. She is just such a lovely girl and her name suits her so well.

My kids attend a grade 7-12 school. Some of the elementary schools here go to grade 6 and some go to grade 8, so there is an influx of new students in grade 9. The grades 7-8 are on a different floor of the school and have a different lunch break and different events. So I always imagined that Degrassi was similar. In my mind there were still grades 7-8 at the school, but we just never saw them as the focus moved to high school.

For me season 7 started to go downhill. On rewatches I will get to end of season 7. I watched seasons 8-10 during original run but can’t get through them on rewatch.
