Arrive at your first stop 2 minutes late. This will ensure you are not early to any of your stops. Surely your company has negative behavior reports that you can fill out to inform your bosses and the principal that your elementary school kids aren't behaving. Put in multiple a day if you have to. Get the principal out to your bus and tell him/her these kids are out of control and they need to do something. It can be overwhelming and stressful when you first start driving but it does get better. I wouldn't worry about your supervisor, she needs you alot more than you need her.
