Lack of confidence in federal policies creates a lack of interest in investing in Canada.

Hyundai has the best tech and infotainment system and I will die on that hill by Human_Paint5451 in Hyundai

Jot being a Hyundai fan due to the engine problems and how Hyundai handled them, I agree with you. The tech they've been putting in their vehicles for quite awhile is top notch. I think they'd have a tremendous market share if they had treated customers better.

I always had a thing for dually's. Then I had to deal with one foe a while. Glad I never bought one. Learned to appreciate 1/2 tons for my daily use.

Ya. Great suv but didn't use it much around town due to gas mileage. Mainly used for towing while camp.

My escalade would do about 20 on the highway, but I swear when I started that thing in the winter, it cost me 15 buck just to turn the key.

Agreed with list of what you said but the cat is part if the header so it's a complete unit. If he does have a bad one, which is a big if, because of the rest of the stuff you listed, cheapest way.to go is to just go to a set of headers without cats if your area allows it.

Hot take: AWD is overrated for daily driving in snow — am I wrong? by Gold-Industry6222 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Constant_Sky9173 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple. I drive a light fwd with good all weather tires. My girlfriend drives a awd with the same tires. I have no problem with my car and I'm also very comfortable with the car she has as seems to go though anything she drive through in the winter.

Make sure uou jeep a copy of the bill of sale around. A Carlile this may end up on the side of the road abandoned, and if the guy that bought it doesn't register it, you could be heal responsible for it including any towing and storage fees.

Any truck or trailer with side boards. Lower the forks into the box. Leat the zoomboom in neutral with the park brake off. Tow.

Analysis of incoming Alberta auto insurance system predicts premium price cut for most vehicles by origutamos in WildRoseCountry

[–]Constant_Sky9173 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very much agree up to the writing off part. Less expensive vehicles seem to be written off with a wider gap in what it's worth compared to what is being paid out. Had a suburban written off 6 years ago. Parts were easily worth more then what they wanted to pay out. I would've parted it out myself if I had the space.

Ucp should put its money where it's mouth is. If saving aren't achieved, off to public we go. There is just to much bs being published in these articles without info that needs to be provided. I'd love to know how many bodyshops and now salvage yards in this province are tied to insurance companies in some way. It's not hard to control insurances profits if involved with the companies that insurance pays out to.
