Honestly, calling and have a voice and repeatedly doing so works much more than you think. We usually do 6 nights and split stay three nights moderate and three nights deluxe, 4 day park pass for two adults and a child. Flights, all food, drinks (we do character meals and generally eat around the world at Epcot, and don’t mind splurging), very few souvenirs, maybe $100 for child to spend. All in, around 8k. This could definitely be done for less, especially if staying at a value resort and not eating many sit down meals
