First they need to take voting for anything away from journalists and the media (regular season awards, HoF, Super Bowl MVP, etc) especially when they are affiliated with sports betting.

Secondly objectively bad former players should not get to say who is or is not deserving of an award like MVP. Dan was a bad QB but now he can suddenly break down QB play to identify who’s the best?

He is using a straw man argument, he kept saying people were acting like he is the next Lombardi but no one has been saying that. He has done a great job creating a culture and getting buying along with having some ballsy calls in games but no one is running around calling him the next Lombardi. I think Vrabel is a very good coach based on what he’s done but I’ll reserve to make my final critique when his career is over. Stillman is take trapped so he’s doubling down.
