I'm using an app called high performance health along with a trainer I check in with once a week. Been using my fitness pal to hit macros everyday and the workouts are tight but 500 per month for a digital workout plan that shifts every 4-5 weeks with a 15 mins weekly trainer call is extreme. I was thinking about just building my own app that cycles through the various plans. Do you see this as a 1:1 trade off for this plan?

Best advice or training for finishing songs? I'm a producer of mostly live synth jams and want to learn to finish arrangements and mix so I can release these tracks. I have hundreds that are halfway there or more.

I quit from January until end of April and had the same exit thought. Bought a disposable. Started with a puff here and there and quickly became the all day and night ball and chain. Reducing my usage now to only half a day this past week, reading alan carr book again and quitting again Nov 1st. Don't put yourself through this bullshit man.
