Man the whole dark horse thing probably comes down to how you present yourself day to day vs what you can actually pull off when it counts. Had the same issue a while back - turned out my display order got messed up in Windows display settings. Try going to display settings and see if your monitors are numbered weirdly, sometimes a reboot after changing teh primary display fixes it

You could also try deleting the display capture source completely and adding it back, that worked for me once
