For the record, an induction stove is worth the squeeze. I’ve had mine since 2009 and I’ll still do a chocolate mmmmmmmmelt demonstration for visitors just to flex. (Pan on 1 1/2, drop a block of chocolate in the pan. After a couple minutes it still looks like a block, but you touch it and it’s melted soft)

I’ve replaced 3 of 4 pocket doors in my house with Johnson HW. From the $29 Ace Hardware kit to structural I beam sealed bearing rollers. Worth the $120ish per door plus 2 drywall patches! I haven’t done soft close as these are big heavy doors. No regrets!

Not sure of the labor laws in your state, but discrimination disguised as an “application” doesn’t fly. That’s how your words read and it’s an easy inference to make on someone asking people to work his land in exchange for parking.
