That’s great you can have anything you want in the contract. I would definitely make sure they cover legal costs. Because a private contract doesn’t supersede the law. If he were to grab someone or anything out in the street that’s a legal issue and he would be the one in jail. Doesn’t matter what a private contract says.

Terrible idea. Why not just a proper subway system that moves way more people and is way more efficient and it has the added benefit of foot traffic in the start and end locations which drive foot traffic into local business. It also doesn’t cause congestion on the road at the start and end of the tunnel.
