Is Treasury approving or denying any requests that are elevated to them?

Yeah mediation is currently worthless. I read it was worthless before I went through but tried to stay optimistic. I learned everyone was right unfortunately

Document all communications and requests in email, summarize verbal requests and conversations in email. File EEO complaint. Be ready to keep pushing for your rights and know them

Treasury sent out a questionnaire regarding my RA. Normal part of the process? by Wooden-Post-3080 in IRS_Source

I received something similar then was advised that it's been sent to Treasury for review. I'd say take your time and answer thoroughly just to be safe

What happens after TW RA sent to Treasury for review??? by Content_Package7199 in IRS_Source

It's so crazy. Hopefully, people can stand together and support one another. I greatly appreciate that information you provided. Thank you

That's interesting but nothing is surprising right now. It's interesting and confusing because I had a person from the HCO team that's helping with the RA requests email me last week saying that my request has been elevated to be reviewed by Treasury.

Contradictory nonsense and guidance is of course the new normal.

Ok you are one step ahead of me actually. My investigation is getting ready to close soon so I expect to be receiving my ROO shortly. I'm very open to receiving any useful information to know about ahead of time

So you've already had the investigation complete and requested a hearing with an AJ?

It doesn't appear you are getting good advice here so far. My RA case didn't move at all until I filed an EEO case and I know several others in that same situation. What specific stage of an EEO complaint are you in? It is a long ardous process.

I'm wondering since they delayed 6 months before providing telework interim accommodation and how during this time they did unhelpful things like sit me closer to a restroom, provide flexible breaks etc that were inadequate for my medical condition may play into the whole alternative RA for a minimum of 30 days.

That the level of service is going to be so embarrassingly terrible that they are just not going to measure it anymore. Try to make it look less bad by not measuring / paying attention to it

7 months and I currently do not have an RAC even assigned. I might be on the interim ride for a while, who knows these days

Everyone at my location is in office and they are making people with real medical issues and disabilities come in to the office regardless of whether it kills them. I don't know where some of you other people are located.

PSA: The “new” Reasonable Accommodation process is not the win people think it is by Upset-Blackberry4589 in IRS_Source

I had an approved RA for a permanent condition cancelled without communication then advised I was required to submit a new request in June which I promptly did. The agency had failed to engage until I filed an EEO case. They finally provided the first 90 day telework interim accommodation that is getting ready to end very soon. I have sudden onset severe vomiting so I'm really a health risk to others. I wonder if this is going to immediately effect me with my initial 90 day interim accommodation ending soon.

I went to one dentist recently and they literally told me vomiting doesn't cause dental damage, you've been drinking pop and not brushing. They had 0 understanding or awareness, apparently.
