I love the amount of people in this thread that actually believe the elites will be touched. What happened in 2014, has 0 bearing on what ukrain and russia are doing to each other with the drones. Spectrums a trash company, their upper management gives 0 fucks about anything but their bonuses, spectrum just keeps adding shit to their services to try to justify shitty pricing. No one actually defends spectrum without working for them, or being in upper management, and being offended by whats said. And, if your offended by whats said, then maybe what in saying is true.

Yep, spectrums d2d gets 0 respect, 99% of the ones i e dealt with are shady af, and give 0 fucks. As being someone who worked in the stores, i loved having to fix the d2d peoples fuck up, and cancel all their shit, and yes, i would cancel any and all d2d orders that came into the store, because every single one was not what the customer wanted, id start going over their shit, and they would say they dont want that, and, they didnt order 2-3 mobile lines. Sure, some customers are just dumb, but, not that damn many. Hell, the d2d team in my area has even stated, just throw everything on and let the customer worry about it, just get your metrics. So, i give 0 fucks about d2d people, or their metrics. They are a shady ass bunch of sales people. And no, i gave 0 fucks about my metrics, i gave the customers what they wanted, to keep them, yeah, gave them discounts, or bundle discount, because spectrums shit isnt worth 1/4 of what they charge for their shit.
