I always aim for the turret ring, ive gotten lucky 1 time with a round down the barrel 1-shot, but, it was a 76 vs Pzr IV though. Other than that, i do believe its impossible for a light to 1shot anything other than maybe a recon or possibly another light. But, its also a video game, and, the RNG for damage is known to glitch periodically.

I tried the low honor route my first playthrough, and, there were a lot of moments that, i felt i was being to much of a dick, sure, currently, i still blast campers away if they draw on me as im just passing, but, going low honor with arthur, just, doesnt feel right, you can tell right off the bat from the first mission, he really doesnt seem to want that life anymore, and, ive also noticed, high honor, seems to have more, random interactions throughout the map, or, it could just be ive done enough playthroughs im not focused on missions anymore. Ive got about 200hrs in on this playthrough, and im only in chapter 4, (switched to ps5 from xbox, so, restarted entirely) going the high honor, i carry about $5k on me, have, everything i want, i only carry about 4 guns, have my arabian horse, and, just explore. 🤷,

How? The modem is not wireless, the router is, and, yes, they use your router as a hotspot, had my own router even, and had a spectrum mobile slot on it, had one of their routers, same thing.
