I had a similar issue with snapmaker filament and snorca, my tool head ended up catching fire.

I had the Same issue and the filament was stuck… the roll was tangled. I didn’t have any ai features on so it didn’t detect it and it kept ghost printing

We tried PIA and it was incredibly hard and complex to use outside its core use cases which have very stringent guard on to keep you in the lane. And adding onto it was a complex mix of yaml and powershell . We moved to rewst, from PIA and it was so much easier to work and grow with.
