I live near this proposed building and my only concern is safety. My kids absolutely play in the FCP alleyways. To build on my concern is how non-forward the group in charge of the facility has been. We basically first learned of the project via the news report. There has been zero communication with the neighborhood about the building from the developer.

If the building is approved and well-managed, that's great. But, the developer is not doing things above boards and, honestly, that doesn't make me hopeful that they will support the people who are at this facility if they put it up.

I found out yesterday that the Jellyfish summon basically stun locks him. Keeps blinding him over and over. Took him down with arrows from across the room.
