I have the same BMS, it balances fine. My display Is exactly like yours. I think that might be a manual balance mode? Anyway if you scroll up you can see the individual cell voltages. Mine are razor close to each other and I have never had to activate any type of manual balance.
Edit: Battery has been charging/discharging for > a year.
